Heartland Rock, Southern Rock ‘n’ roll? Call them whatever you want.
From the heart of London Town, Backwoods Creek bring something to the table most choose to shy away from. Unashamedly ready to make you laugh, cry and sing, these boys are picking up the broken pieces of the world and mixing them together real strong, one show at a time.
Emanating a vibe somewhere between country and old-school southern rock and roll, The Creek are quoted as being reminiscent of Eagles, Blackberry Smoke – with just a hint of Allman Brothers Band thrown in for good measure. With all this said though, They are here to show that you don’t have to be some old pastiche when you live on the other side of the pond.
Backwoods Creek have been carving out their path since early 2017 playing sold out shows, jumping on illustrious festival bills (such as AEG’s Country2Country) and most importantly, filling the space of that missing piece for all their fans. After a year of success within an ever changing world, BC are dead set on proving both who they are, and that they are here to stay.
With live shows back up and running, so are the boys. Fresh out of the studio and on the precipice of releasing their debut album, The Creek Brothers are on the way to cementing their stand in the world of Rock and Roll and all things alike.
With new music (including fan favourites ‘Momma’s Prayers’, ‘Morphine’ & ‘On The Line’), these boys are not to be missed.
